Megan Bunkleman MFT-IT
I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, authentic, and welcoming. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on establishing safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, communication challenges, relationship dynamics, and major life transitions. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based perspectives to meet each client’s unique needs.
I am an EMDR-trained therapist and am passionate about helping clients process trauma in a safe, supportive environment. My goal is to help clients feel less emotionally reactive to life’s stressors and more grounded, resilient, and connected in their daily lives.
