Katherine Usher MFT-IT

I strive to foster a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore your past, present, and future goals together. You are the expert in your own life and relationships, and my role is to collaborate with you to create a personalized plan for growth and healing.  We all inherently possess the tools needed to create meaningful change. My role is to work alongside you to uncover and unlock those strengths, helping you tap into your full potential. With experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents, I’m committed to helping you achieve meaningful change. My degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College (2023 Graduate). I have training in Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Therapy and in Gottman Level 1 and 2 for couples therapy.
